Hot.ee & online.ee mailboxes and all old emails transfer to your mail.ee mailbox
  1. Go to mail settings - https://posti.mail.ee/prefs
  2. Open the section "Connecting other mailboxes" - https://login.mail.ee/mail-sync/autodiscovery
  3. Enter full email address from which you would like to migrate all messages to Mail.ee account, for example, example@hot.eeCheck that IMAP access is allowed in this mailbox (example@hot.ee)
  4. Next, set correct settings for mail migration through IMAP:
  • Mail server address: mail.hot.ee
  • Port: 993
  • Server type: Autodetect
  • Server protocol: IMAP
  • Encryption: SSL
  • Authtype: plaintext
  1. Enter the password for this mailbox (example@hot.ee)
  2. At the next step - you can leave everything by default or rename folder where your letters from example@hot.ee will be migrated
  3. Save!

The migration process will take some time, depending on the volume.
